An article in the Camden Advertiser about local women's associations donating, packaging and posting gift packs to maternity hospitals in Papua New Guinea as a way of encouraging expectant mothers to travel to a hospital to birth their child. It was inspired by the UN statistic that a PNG mother is more than 35 times more likely to die during child birth than an Australian mother.
